Somatic Experiencing Sessions

When we slow down and listen, your body knows what to do.

We get curious together.  We slow down and we listen to the body.  

We use grounding, orienting, tracking sensation and gentle touch, working with your nervous system’s own cycles of activation and discharge.  

It can help you if you have:

  • Been carrying a low hum of anxiety
  • Stress and overwhelm that’s started to show up in your body and affect your day- to- day 
  • Find yourself struggling in your relationships
  •  
  • People often leave this work:

    • Sleeping more deeply
    • Breathing more fully
    • Calmer in their bodies and steadier in their relationships
    • More present with the people they love
    • Noticing the world around them ,the brightness of nature, the small things, in a way they had stopped seeing

Somatic Experiencing for kids

For kids who feel too much, too little, or just need a different kind of support.

Through movement, gentle touch, nature, and play, we create a child-led space where curiosity and safety live side by side.

We follow their lead, helping the body release what it has been holding.

Parents leave each session with simple, practical tools to support their child’s nervous system between sessions.
