In-person Nature Immersion Sessions

Somatic experiencing while moving through nature trails. The combination of gentle movement, fresh air, and earth connection as a resource for grounding and orienting your nervous system while we work with stuck defenses stored in your body.

Virtual Sessions

Online somatic experiencing from the comfort and safety of your own space. We use grounding/ orienting, tracking sensation and working with small activation and discharge cycles.

It can help you if you have or have experienced:

  • Life transitions such as moving, new parenthood, new relationship
  • Hormonal shifts such as pregnancy, PMS, menopause

In person and Creative-Focused Sessions

Somatic sessions designed specifically for artists, writers, and makers ready to transform creative blocks into creative flow.

Each session is 1 hr long. I offer sliding scale for those who need assistance.
